Let’s share Self Love!

Please join us each THURSDAY as we participate in a guided visualization on Self Love that Tim has developed and uses in his courses.

We’ll harness our collective energy, magnify it within one another and radiate Love out to the world.

This is open for adults and teens (if able to sit quietly).  The visualization lasts for about 25 minutes. We will have some time for teaching, sharing and questions afterward.

Details:

• Please arrive several minutes early. We’ll begin at 7pm, and the door will be locked so our visualization is uninterrupted.
• We have some seating but bringing a meditation cushion(or other small cushion) would be great to have for yourself.
