TranscenDance
TranscenDance is a unique and specific approach to personal and collective spiritual evolution.
It’s a complete sensory immersion to connect with and be guided by our Soul-Self. By combining Shamanic Rhythms, Heart-Sync, Sensorial Exploration and Dream setting with blindfolded dance we create a space to receive our deepest Soul-Insights.
The bandanna is a powerful tool that represents a doorway to the spiritual world. It’s a tool that we use to create the connection to our inner self. It takes our external sight out of the equation, which opens us up to our inner worlds.
As we release our sight we begin to release our ego. We let go of “what we look like” or “what another is dancing like” because egocentric, comparative energy quickly dissolves, leaving a more direct connection to our Soul-Self.
Physical Senses
From a scientific perspective, 90% of the way humans perceive reality is through our eyes.
Because we’re cutting off our sight, we’re creating space for our other senses to come fully alive. As we experience a more complete sensory attunement we connect deeply into the wisdom of our bodies. It’s a way of ‘thinking’ with, and energizing our whole body.
In concert with this more integrated experience, through dance, our body movements begin to find an alternating and natural flow state that’s not contrived but rather released as our unique, personal expression.
NON-PHYSICAL SENSES
As we’re ‘turning on’ and activating our under-used physical senses, we’re also waking up our non-physical senses.
So our senses of Spiritual Intuition, other psychic abilities, connections to guides and our Soul-Self, are developing and strengthening. We’re expanding our language and methods of communication with our Higher Self.
And we take all of these awareness’s and new skills back into our day to day lives, creating a more peaceful life that’s in flow with Universal Consciousness.
