Each class builds upon the previous ones, so it will be important to attend/replay the classes in the order they happen. It will be counter to your growth to jump ahead if you started the course late or are behind.

Tuesday Classes
ALL Tuesday classes will be held at Crowdcast
Times & Dates for classes-
Tuesday Classes are held at 9pm EST, 8pm CST, 7pm MST, 6pm PST and 2am GMT

Once at Crowdcast, you can select the class by clicking which one you want to view by date. It will then be highlighted by an orange dot. See photo below:

Technical details
Many technical difficulties are due slow internet speed. You’ll need a minimum of 2Mbps. This is fairly low on the scale of high speed internet these days. For perspective, my IPhone runs at 6 Mbps.
You can check your speed for free, at any time, at this link- www.speedof.me Internet speeds can change throughout the day depending on your provider and whether there is high traffic at the moment.
If you’re ever having a problem during class, you can refresh the screen. If that doesn’t work then log out of Crowdcast and log back in. If you’re still having issues, definitely send me an email so I can help resolve it.
*** This service works best on a computer. IPad’s will not work. Tabets and mobile phones MAY work, but a computer will always work.
