Tuesday Classes
ALL Monday classes will be held at Onstream Webinars. You will receive an email 24 hr’s and 1 hour prior to each class with a link to join us.
Tuesday Classes are held at 9pm EST, 8pm CST, 7pm MST, 6pm PST and 2am GMT
***ALL classes are recorded and a link to watch is emailed the following day after class.
Wednesday Visualizations
These Visualizations are EVERY WEDNESDAY
ALL Wednesday visualizations will be held at Periscope (directions below)

The Wednesday visualizations are available on Periscope for 24 hours. You can view the replay through either of the methods below.

*An advantage to setting up a Periscope account on your mobile device is that you can ask questions/interact with me. This is not possible on your computer.

Technical details
Many technical difficulties are due slow internet speed. You’ll need a minimum of .2Mbps. This is fairly low on the scale of high speed internet these days. For perspective, my IPhone runs at 6 Mbps.
You can check your speed for free, at any time, at this link- www.speedof.me Internet speeds can change throughout the day depending on your provider and whether there is high traffic at the moment you’re using it.
