Do you lead a busy life, and would like a refresher during the week? Throughout the duration of the course, you’ll have access to the video version of each class. Listen as often as you like! Stuck in traffic? Running laps on the treadmill? We’ve got you covered!

We have students from all over the world, and many different time zones, so this is the perfect opportunity to take the course on your own time.
We’ll broadcast the class live one evening each week, and it’s immediately available for your participation when it’s convenient for you to watch.
You can even leave questions for us to answer after you’ve watched the class.
